Troop 4323 was founded on April 1, 2019 and is chartered by Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Melbourne Florida. 

The scouts in the troop select and run all the activities. The troop keeps a packed schedule with many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, backpacking, shooting, and more.
